If we are unable to perform any service you may require "in house", we have established relationships with many respected sub-contractors we can recommend for almost any need you may have, and we'll work hand and hand with them so you don't have to.

Carpet Cleaning
Vacuuming is only part of a comprehensive carpet maintenance program. Period shampooing with either wet or dry extraction can restore carpet to a like new finish. We offer an array of carpet upkeep services from on-going programs to one-time cleanings. Carpet protectants are also available.
Hard Floor Care
Through extensive training, our employees have become experts in all areas of hard floor restoration, cleaning, polishing and ongoing maintenance procedures. Moving, Storage, and Events
When the need to coordinate a seamless move arises, Janitronics is there. With our fleet of vehicles and trained staff, we can load, transport, and drop-off items crucial to your facility. Office transfers are also a common service performed by our employees. We can even temporarily store any items in our secure facility. Our clients often task us to set-up and breakdown events and other special occasions, in addition to cleaning during and after.
Window Cleaning

DEEP CLEANING
Additional staff can provide enhanced disinfecting services for tenant spaces to include:
The application of disinfectant to all high touch points in lobbies and entrances, elevators, table tops, light switches reception areas, conference rooms, kitchenettes, cabinet handles, appliance handles, vending machines, table tops and chairs, restrooms, work stations and offices (to include exposed desk surfaces, key boards, phones, chairs) and common area hallways. The deep clean is offered as a proactive service as well as a response to a confirmed case.
ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYING
The electrostatic sprayer is our primary delivery method for an immediate response to a confirmed COVID-19 case. This process uses an industrial dispersion sprayer that electrically charges fine micro droplets of our EPA approved disinfectant. The charged droplets are drawn to nearby air particles, ground objects & surfaces such as desks, chairs, and computers, allowing a much more efficient dispersion of the disinfectant.
